We hire Asian workers who have at least 2 years of international experience and have worked in Saudi Arabia. They should also be familiar with different nationalities, languages, cultures, and food. Before coming to Montenegro, workers receive adaptation training in their industry. Once they arrive, our colleague, the Consul of Nepal, provides cultural integration courses to address any issues that may arise when working with Asian workers.
Our Asian workers are proficient in English and quickly learn basic commands in Montenegrin, especially if they are provided with courses. We typically hire workers with at least 2 years of international experience, many of whom have previously worked in Saudi Arabia and learned other languages. In the worst-case scenario, we offer assistance with the installation of mobile applications that enable simultaneous translation.
The process of hiring Asian workers is complex and requires legal procedures, which can take 3-4 months. Recruitment must be done carefully to ensure the best quality workers are selected. The process can take between a week and a month, depending on qualifications and financial offers. After selection, it takes 1-2 months for the work permit to be approved by local authorities and 2 weeks to 2 months for the work visa, depending on the worker’s country of origin.
